2021 PSB BeerVenture

The Annual BeerVenture is back!

Join us as we travel from Columbia on a Charter bus and spend the day visiting some breweries.

This year our trip will start with a visit to Palmetto Malt Company in St. George, SC. We’ll get to tour the facilities of the only Malt House in SC.

We will then head down to the Charleston area and visit the following breweries:

Commonhouse Aleworks
Holy City Brewing
Charles Towne Fermentory
Low Tide Brewing
Estuary Beans & Barley

Cost:
Members – $35 for the member and either spouse or other guest
Non-members -$45 per person

Schedule:
We will depart from 300 Executive Center Dr, Columbia, SC 29210. We will meet in one of the back parking lots like we have in years past.

Arrive by 8:15. Departing at 8:30

9:45-10:45 Palmetto Malt
11:45-12:45 Commonhouse Aleworks
1:00-2:00 Holy City
2:15-3:15 Charles Towne Fermentory
3:30-4:30 Low Tide
4:45-6:00 Estuary
Arrive back in Columbia 8pm.

All of the breweries serve food or have food trucks so you will be able to grab something wherever you wish. We will most likely have some breakfast items for the ride down. Grab dinner at Estuary to bring back on the bus.

Our BeerVentures are always a great way to spend a day visiting some out of town breweries without having to drive or stay overnight. We try to pick Breweries that are homebrewing friendly and willing to spend a few minutes with us giving us a tour and answering questions.
